Queenstown Structural Engineer 

This week, our team welcomed Taylor, our first Queenstown-based structural engineer, to Kirk Roberts. Offering in-house structural engineering marks another key milestone in our continued investment and growth in the Central Otago region.

Since opening our Queenstown office in 2022, we have steadily expanded our footprint in the South. Over the years, we have provided multi-disciplinary support on a variety of projects across the Central Otago and Otago region, including Three Parks, Wanaka, Toru Apartments, Queenstown, and Cromwell College, Otago. As Queenstown and surrounding areas rapidly develop, our engineers have engaged in a significant number of residential development projects.

Taylor’s arrival strengthens our local presence and enhances our ability to support clients on the ground with structural expertise backed by national capability.

As we continue to grow our local team, we remain committed to providing the same multi-disciplinary engineering services Kirk Roberts is known for – including geotechnical, structural, fire, civil, environmental engineering, and architectural design. Our regional clients benefit from the seamless collaboration between offices and disciplines, with additional support from our nationwide network when required.
