Our People

Our multi-disciplinary teams of experts across New Zealand are spread throughout four divisions, with staff numbers continually growing.

Collaboration between everyone is an important part of our “one team” ethos.

Our ongoing success is attributable partly to the company’s commitment to robust, professional governance, our board,  and willingness and ability to adapt as we grow.  We have a highly experienced Executive Management Team to support the board made up of key regional managers and divisional leads.

Our Vision, Purpose & Values

Our vision and purpose drive what we do. Our values are who we are.

Our vision is not just about what we do as a company, it is why we get up every day, and why we all come to work. Our purpose is the why we do it. Simply put – we are creating futures. Futures for people to live in, futures for businesses, futures with career paths, futures for our people with learning and the list goes on and is endless.

Technology & Innovation

Every project deserves a different approach than the last one. This is where we pride ourselves on finding either new or better ways to add value to client projects. Kirk Roberts was founded on challenging the norm and applying engineering solutions that drive project efficiency. Today, we offer much more than just engineering and we are still guided by this ethos.

Health, Safety & Quality

Health & Safety always come first – it’s not just a catch phrase. We prioritise  health & safety as the first point on the agenda in every meeting. Quality is also extremely important to us; we live by check and check again – this simple rule sums up our rigorous quality control and assurance systems.

Who We Sponsor

We are proud to support local people, groups, and teams across New Zealand, whether this be a local rugby club, a canoe slalom athlete, or a surf lifesaving club.

Awards and Recognition

We are proud to have several projects nominated and recognised for awards including the New Zealand Property Industry Awards, New Zealand Commercial Building Awards and Timber Design Awards.
