“We engaged KR to design a commercial industrial project for us. We have not done one of these projects before. The project involved developing and building 14 commercial units with full office fit out, spread over three land titles that would be converted into 14 unit titles. Dan Augustine and his team looked after the scheme plan design, full council plans and all the engineering. They also provided construction oversight. The design was very well thought out with several cost saving ideas and clever design details. The design and engineering quote and scope of works was spot on.
