Since introducing in-house architectural capability to Kirk Roberts we have built a team of dedicated architects with a forward-thinking and collaborative approach. We provide a full design service for our own developments as well as to external clients; working on a range of projects that include commercial, industrial, retail, residential, and community buildings.

I have found Kirk Roberts Consulting to be outstanding in their pragmatic approach to co-ordination and collaboration in finding solutions for our commercial and residential development projects. On the many projects we have partnered on, Kirk Roberts have proven to be solutions focused, requiring less management and driving from a Development Managers perspective.
The Kirk Roberts team are outstanding in their ability to work with us as a client to define a clear and concise scope and be autonomous in the creation and delivery of a design solution. They do this while maintaining frequent and clear communication with the wider design team around the developing design and being agile through the process to accommodate value engineering exercises and exploration of the best solution for the project.
