Another step in our journey
Kirk Roberts has now been operating for 16 years. In that time, the business has grown from one person’s vision into five offices throughout New Zealand, and a nationally regonised brand in the construction and engineering industry. This success and growth have been also due to the great clients and project stakeholders we continue to work with across our services portfolio.
This growth has taken a lot of hard work, support, and of course, our most incredible team, which has also increased significantly. We are grateful for all our new staff and the knowledge and perspectives they provide, but they have also given us one other issue – lack of space.
So we’re thrilled that our Hamilton and Auckland teams have moved to bigger and better premises. We’ve also expanded our South Island operations and opened a Queenstown branch.
Kirk Roberts Auckland
Our Auckland team have moved around the corner to 109 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket. Having tackled some impressive projects recently, Bader Ventura and 26 Aroha Avenue to name a few, they’re excited to have the space to get some more redefining work underway.
“As we hire more local Auckland talent and expertise to support our clients’ projects, our new premises give us the space to continue with our local growth strategy,” says Auckland Regional Manager, Jan Jober.
Kirk Roberts Hamilton
Having welcomed six new staff in the last seven months alone, and with no plans of slowing down, Hamilton had also outgrown their old office. The new space is on the ground floor at 408 Anglesea Street, and has a contemporary industrial feel, with room for continued growth.
“We’re really excited to be in this new central Hamilton office.” Says Steve Temple, Hamilton Regional Manager, “We’ve got awesome people, a great new space, a growing client list, and exciting projects in the Waikato Region. We’re all really looking forward to what is to come.”
Kirk Roberts Queenstown
We’re putting our stamp on the south having opened our first office in Queenstown. Ollie Behrent, our resident geotechnical engineer in Queenstown and the very first member of our Otago branch, and will be based at our new office space at Level one, 15 Gray Street, Frankton. Adding a Queenstown office is a very exciting milestone and we look forward to serving our southern clients and partners. We’ve now also got resources on the ground in Dunedin.
“It’s great to establish an office in Queenstown and hit the ground running. We’ve had a lot of positive feedback from our clients in relation to the multiple disciplines that Kirk Roberts offer.” Says Ollie Behrent.
