Andy Nurse, of Harcourts Rural, has worked on multiple developments with us. During the early stages of a West Coast lifestyle development, our Geotechnical Engineer’ on-site expertise uncovered an area previously overlooked, emerging as another potential stage of the development. This discovery significantly increased the project’s opportunity for long-term profitability.

“That input has been really vital and has transformed our initial concept dramatically,” says Andy. “So that was huge.”

For our engineer, this type of discovery is just part of everyday work. Geotechnical reports not only meet council requirements but also provide developers with foresight for future planning and greater confidence in their land offerings to potential buyers.

“We consider everything—house sites, water flow, sewage management, roading. Developing land involves a lot, and soil quality is a massive factor in determining future costs for developers,” says Jordan Walker, Executive Manager – Geotechnical, Civil, and Environmental.

Our engineering experts can help you understand the full potential of your land and future development opportunities.
