The Hope Home was sold at auction on November 1st with all profits going directly to Mike King’s I Am Hope Foundation in support of Gumboot Friday. We’re pleased to have had the opportunity to support the I Am Hope Foundation and Fowler Homes in their passion project through our engineering. Our Queenstown engineers provided geotechnical services and construction monitoring. With our Christchurch team providing the structural design.
Located in the new and sort-after area of Hanley’s Farm, Queenstown. This beautifully crafted and spacious open-plan home includes income potential with a three-bedroom, 2 bathroom main residence, as well as a two-bedroom attached unit.
With the Hope Home selling for 1.69 million – we’re ecstatic with the result! We want to thank Fowler Homes for all their time and energy on this project, as well as this significant donation to the I Am Hope Foundation, with which they can now continue to help hundreds of kiwi kids with their mental health.
