With Hoyts Cinemas as its anchor tenant, EntX is the hub for central city Christchurch entertainment. The development includes seven state-of-the-art cinemas, a large cinema concourse, and a ground floor food and beverage hall.

At 20m tall with 100% site coverage early contractor involvement and effective design methodology developed by our team was essential in delivering this complex project within a short timeframe and construction budget.

The building is constructed from steel frames, precast concrete walls, and steel tray deck flooring to ensure fast and efficient construction. Shallow foundations are supported on stone column ground improvement. The BIM modelling and management was key to ensure an efficient and cost-effective construction programme.
