Located in the heart of Tauranga’s CBD, the Northern Quarter development is a striking mixed-use precinct that brings together office, hospitality, and accommodation within one architecturally designed hub.

Stage 1 – Commercial and Hospitality Foundation

Stage 1 features a 9,600m², four-storey mixed-use tower built over a basement level. The building includes ground-floor retail, a full podium level with conference facilities, and three levels of premium office space above. Completed in 2025, Stage 1 achieved the 5 Star Green Star base build rating, setting a benchmark for environmentally responsible commercial design in Tauranga.
