Cromwell College’s new $11 million multi-use technology block build is currently under construction, with completion due in Feb 2025. Our teams have been engaged to provide structural and civil engineering design consultancy services.

Considerations to insulation of the project had to be applied from the Ministry of Education guidelines. This has meant many structural co-ordination implications. The use of Bim360 and high communication with other disciplines has ensured that regular delivery was achieved. Construction sequence and geometry considerations meant a wide selection of items were resolved during the relevant phases of project.
