After the 2011 Earthquakes in Christchurch, The Guthrey Centre was another exciting addition to the CBD. The development is home to 14 stores in four 2-level buildings on the site in Cashel Street.

Our client took advantage of utilising the multi-discipline services we offer. Our architects, geotechnical, fire, and structural engineers work closely internally and with external contractors to deliver this now bustling shopping hub in the centre of town.

Alongside this, we also completed stone column design, construction monitoring, and fit-out design for the project too. Another fantastic addition to the CBD.
