Recently we welcomed Lynda, our new General Manager of Operations, People and Culture, to Kirk Roberts. Her appointment marks another important step forward in our ongoing journey to strengthen our operational leadership and people-first strategy across the business.
Based in our Christchurch office, Lynda brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience spanning both the public and private sectors in New Zealand. With a deep focus on people strategy, organisational culture, operational excellence and transformational change.
Lynda is responsible for overseeing the delivery of our operational strategy while championing a workplace culture where our teams are empowered, connected, and set up to succeed. Her passion lies in building high-performing environments where people feel genuinely supported, valued, and inspired to do their best work. Lynda has already embraced the collaborative, down-to-earth culture at Kirk Roberts, and is proud to be part of a business that blends technical excellence and innovation with strong values and a meaningful sense of purpose.
Outside of work, Lynda enjoys spending time with her two sons, pursuing her love of interior design, and making the most of the great outdoors around Christchurch.
