Kirk Roberts is excited to have five projects nominated in the PROPERTY COUNCIL NEW ZEALAND RIDER LEVETT BUCKNALL PROPERTY INDUSTRY AWARDS 2023.

These prestigious awards hosted by the Property Council New Zealand have celebrated excellence in design and innovation in the built environment for over 20 years. The Awards showcase superior examples of iconic projects in property development and investment across a broad range of sectors and design disciplines, recognising outstanding projects, developments, and refurbishments.

The Sudima Kaikōura is one of the nominees for this year’s Tourism & Leisure Property Award sponsored by Holmes Group.⁠ This category gives tourist facilities, sports centres and training facilities, hospitality venues and hotels where the predominant use is tourism or leisure based the chance to show they are best in class, where projects provide an outstanding return or delivery of service potential on investment of funds, creating value for owners, tenants and the wider community.⁠ ⁠

6 Nixon Street Apartments in Auckland, is a nominee in the Multi Unit Residential property category. Project entries include apartment complexes, hotels, retirement facilities, and multi-unit residential developments. Award winners are the best of the best; projects that provide an outstanding return or delivery of service potential on investment of funds, creating value for owners, tenants and the wider community.⁠

In the Community & Affordable Housing Property Awards category there are three nominated projects that Kirk Roberts have been involved with;

Sudeley Street Apartment, Auckland
• 8-1 Hastings Tranche 1&2&3 (Kauri Street & Kauri Place)
• 8 Edmonton Avenue Apartments, Auckland

Project entries include multi-unit residential developments and public or social housing developments.⁠ ⁠ Award winners are projects that provide an outstanding return or delivery of service potential on investment of funds, creating value for owners, tenants and the wider community.⁠
