We have an exciting opportunity for Structural Technician to join our small and enthusiastic team in the newly opened Hamilton office. This is a varied role including the preparation of detailed documentation for residential commercial and industrial projects, Council applications, project administration, on-site investigation and technical development. You will work on a growing range of projects and enjoy technical challenges and problem solving involved in producing the latest technical designs.
You will be fully conversant in the latest CAD software, including Revit with experience in structural draughting in New Zealand. You will be a motivated learner with strong technical knowledge and the ability to produce drawings to specific project briefs and deadlines. A high attention to detail will be one of your strengths, along with excellent planning and time management skills, a focus on teamwork, and sound communication and interpersonal skills. NZCE or equivalent qualification is beneficial and structural draughting experience is essential.
