We have an exciting opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist to join our new office in Hamilton.  If you enjoy developing geotechnical solutions in collaboration with a wider design team across multiple projects, then we want to hear from you.

About the role

You will work within a small dynamic team of structural engineers as we grow our office, delivering high quality geotechnical engineering reports to a range of clients, whilst meeting deadlines and working within budgets.  You will have a strong appreciation of geotechnical challenges across varied sites for residential and commercial development and solution focused, design and reporting skills, coordinating with structural engineers and project managers on various projects from design to completion.

About you

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
• Thrive on a challenge and be motivated to provide innovative solutions for our clients
• Have a high attention to detail with excellent planning, you will be adept at managing your time to deliver client projects on time and within budget.
• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients, as well as lead and contribute to project delivery.
• Enjoy working in a team environment and communicating with a wide range of people.
