Recruitment

About You

Kirk Roberts is always interested in recruiting engineers with an appetite for the unexpected and the willingness to pit their expertise across some of the most challenging projects on the construction landscape.

What we are looking for is engineers who believe in the skills they bring to our table, are hungry to keep extending themselves, have a positive personality and the loyalty to make a commitment and stick with it.

About Us

Kirk Roberts always finds solutions, brings value to the fore and invests in its human capital - enabling innovation and a strong sense of 'we did it first'.

Our company is driving ahead and eclipsing projections for winning large complex projects for high profile clients.

Bringing it all together – Company Culture

We have a great culture which is underpinned by our business ethics and core values. We never lose sight of the fact that a reputation can be built over years of solid performance but damaged over a single project in a moment of time.

We know that building great teams with great attitudes requires strong foundations. We regularly engage in team building ‘outings and adventure days’ from white water rafting to clay pigeon shooting and high ropes. Depending on your passion we are always keen to support business house sports after work – and the Tauranga office has a mean soccer team to boot!.

Encouraging you to take a longer term view is important to your career and our company. As such Kirk Roberts is committed to building a company culture that:

• respects the value of work life balance
• acknowledges your professional effort
• sparks a lively interest in furthering your career
• provides added incentives to invest in the future success of Kirk Roberts

We are currently therefore in the process of developing our strategies to support our human capital and this includes identifying how longer term benefits can be accrued.

Work Experience
