Exciting growth in projects ranging from residential to multi-storey commercial projects, has created another role for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer. This is a vital role in the team for ensuring high quality technical design and successful project delivery, as well as providing technical oversight and mentoring of in-house engineers.
Tertiary qualified with a BE (Hons) or similar in Structural Engineering, you will have over 7 years’ experience in NZ in the successful delivery of projects requiring a high level of technical expertise. You enjoy technical challenge and leadership and have the drive and interpersonal skills to provide guidance to the team to continuously improve client project delivery outcomes. You will be exceptional at planning, organising and managing your time, be resilient in the face of pressure, and have a natural style that promotes building relationships with your colleagues and clients. You will be a role model in the team for promoting high work standards.
